We are happy to announce that a new JCSS Background documentation on “Quantifying the Value of Structural Health Information (SHI) for Decision Support” available online.
The document is the result of the recently accomplished European network project COST TU1402 and provides the scientific basis for Value of Information (VoI) analysis in the context of monitoring and reassessment of existing structures.
